These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Unmatched.

Article 3 - Offers and Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT
Offers are valid while stocks last
Prices are subject to change
Obvious errors in prices are not binding

Article 4 - Formation of Agreement

The agreement is formed at the moment you place the order and receive a confirmation email. Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unopened and unused. See our return policy for more information.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery time: 1-2 working days within the Netherlands
Shipping costs: €5.95 (free from €50)
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery

Article 7 - Payment

Payment is made via the available payment methods in our webshop. Payment must be made immediately upon ordering.

Article 8 - Product Information

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or taste of natural matcha products are possible. Article 9 - Warranty and complaints

Complaints regarding delivered products must be reported within 14 days.
Complaints can be reported via unmatchedmatcha@gmail.com.
We aim to handle complaints within 7 working days.

Article 10 - Liability

Unmatched is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

Article 12 - Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
