We are Dominique and Benck, partners in life and in business. A year and a half ago, our shared quest for the perfect matcha began. Abroad, we repeatedly enjoyed matcha with a beautiful, bright green color and a full, smooth taste without any bitterness. To our frustration, we couldn't find the same quality anywhere in the Netherlands. What started as a longing quickly grew into a mission: to bring exceptional quality matcha to the Netherlands. But Unmatched is anything but a brand that emerged overnight. Precisely because we are both so critical, it took a long time before we fully stood behind our product and sourced the perfect matcha. We didn't rush anything. In fact, our matcha was extensively tested for three-quarters of a year in Dominique's shop. The reactions we received there exceeded all our expectations. The positive feedback gave us the confidence and energy to take our matcha further. It is with pride that we now share Unmatched with you!
